Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting advantageous

Job Duties
- Cleans guest rooms as assigned
- monitors and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- uses correct cleaning materials for designated surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
- transports cart with cleaning supplies, guest room amenities and linens to assigned guest rooms and provides cleaning service including emptying trash, replacing linens, and making beds
- responsible for maintaining positive guest relations and resolving guest housekeeping complaints
- maintains knowledge and compliance with departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- reports damages or maintenance problems and handles lost and found items
- updates status of rooms cleaned in the system
- performs other duties as assigned
