Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of housekeeping experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred

  • one-year housekeeping experience
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
  • prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
  • bi-lingual preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • clean and tidy guest rooms including making beds vacuuming dusting and replenishing amenities
  • inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution
  • ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas
  • restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries linens and towels
  • provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay
  • adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • communicate effectively with housekeeping team and management
