Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of housekeeping experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- clean and tidy guest rooms including making beds vacuuming dusting and replenishing amenities
- inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas
- restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries linens and towels
- provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay
- adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- communicate effectively with housekeeping team and management
