Job Requirements
- Minimum lifting of 20 pounds
- Ability to push, bend, stoop, and reach upward
- Manual dexterity
- Proficient hearing, writing, and reading skills

- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
- Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions
- Relevant prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping
- High school education preferred
- Additional language ability preferred

Job Duties
- Report to Housekeeping Office at the beginning and end of shift to sign out and return key
- Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking room lights and television, spot cleaning, and stocking supplies
- Report missing items and maintenance needs to supervisor
- Maintain equipment used in work
- Protect guest safety by keeping doors closed during cleaning
- Deliver lost and found items to Housekeeping office
- Follow all safety training and policies
- Attend required meetings
- Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- Conduct oneself professionally and set standards for associates
- Understand and convey the StepStone Mission and core values
- Resolve disagreements respectfully and work well with peers
