Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bag with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities
- Observe proper knocking procedures when entering guest rooms
- Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly and complete housekeeping checklists
- Mark clean rooms accurately for supervisor inspection
- Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues in guest rooms
- Secure guest room doors upon exit
- Maintain neatness in corridors and service areas
- Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Know emergency and fire prevention procedures
- Use protective equipment as required
- Report unsafe conditions and incidents to management
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Assist other housekeeping staff when needed
- Perform related duties as assigned by management
