Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina for frequent bending, stooping, walking, and standing
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to follow safety and security procedures
- Neat and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure cleaning supplies and amenities are available
- Observes knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- Cleans assigned guest rooms ensuring amenities are stocked and checklist completed
- Marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection
- Reports damages or hazards in guest rooms using Guestware or Housekeeping Coordinator
- Secures guest room doors upon exiting
- Keeps corridors and service areas neat
- Turns in lost and found items and guest room keys
- Adheres to company policies and safety procedures
- Follows fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilizes protective equipment
- Reports unsafe conditions and incidents to management
- Maintains neat and well-groomed appearance
- Assists other housekeeping personnel as needed
- Performs related duties as assigned by management
