Job Requirements
- must pass security clearance as per company policy
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing or pulling 60 pounds
- must be able to see, hear and communicate clearly
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- honesty and trustworthiness
- must maintain grooming and uniform standards
- able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in housekeeping or similar roles helpful but not required
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- professionalism and strong work ethic
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- understanding of safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- clean vacant and occupied guestrooms according to brand standards
- maintain housekeeping cart and organize supplies
- follow cleaning procedures as specified on training checklist
- assist in maintaining other hotel public and back-of-house areas
- respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- report any discrepancies or hazardous conditions to management
