Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- ability to effectively communicate with the guest and provide directions if needed
- highly responsible and reliable
- ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- ability to manage time effectively and meet departmental and company standards

Job Duties
- Clean and service 13 to 16 guest rooms per day
- perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
- maintain cart in a neat orderly manner at all times
- complete related duties as assigned
- ensure guest room cleanliness and readiness according to MotorCity Casino Hotel standards
- communicate effectively with guests to provide assistance or directions
- maintain a calm and courteous demeanor while focusing on guest needs
