Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to spend long periods walking, standing, bending
- must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and be able to climb stairs
- trustworthiness and reliability
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- availability for evening shifts, weekends and holidays
- must be able to communicate effectively in English
- excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Turn down the bed
- remove trash
- tidy the room
- clean the bathroom
- remove used towels
- straighten guest belongings
- replenish ice
- conduct visual room inspection upon completion
- dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotel's green guidelines
- perform Room Attendant and other housekeeping services as requested
- respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- work alone or with a co-worker
