Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods 8 plus hours
- Must be able to push pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly eg linen bags cleaning supplies
- Frequent bending reaching kneeling and stooping
- Ability to climb stairs and work in multiple buildings across the property
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and using housekeeping tools
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required training is provided
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to understand basic English instructions bilingual a plus
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean dust and sanitize guest rooms including bathrooms bedrooms and living areas
- Make beds change linens and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum mop and wipe down all surfaces including mirrors windows and furniture
- Restock carts and linen closets at the end of each shift
- Report any maintenance issues damage or lost and found items to management
- Ensure all rooms are completed in a timely manner and meet resort cleanliness standards
- Respond to guest requests or questions in a courteous and helpful manner
- Follow all health safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards as defined by the resort
