Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- must be able to push/pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 lbs
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly (e.g., linen bags, cleaning supplies)
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping
- ability to climb stairs and work in multiple buildings across the property
- comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and using housekeeping tools
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required - training is provided
- ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ability to understand basic English instructions (bilingual a plus)
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
- vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces including mirrors, windows, and furniture
- restock carts and linen closets at the end of each shift
- report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost and found items to management
- ensure all rooms are completed in a timely manner and meet resort cleanliness standards
- respond to guest requests or questions in a courteous and helpful manner
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards as defined by the resort
