Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Create guest satisfaction and exceed expectations by providing service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
  • Clean assigned guest rooms or suites per brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Maintain cleaning protocols
  • Empty all trash containers and replace with fresh liners
  • Restock usable items in guest rooms or suites such as soap, towels, amenities, and paper items
  • Ensure removal and proper disposition of guest room trays, glass, and silverware
  • Clean and vacuum exterior entry and hallways
  • Keep linen closets and supply areas clean and organized
  • Attend to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders promptly
  • Notify supervisor promptly of any guest room or suite issues including maintenance needs
  • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly, referring to supervisor if unable to handle
  • Secure all rooms or suites upon leaving
  • Provide 100% guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
  • Demonstrate personal attention, responsibility, and teamwork in guest service
  • Listen, apologize with empathy, find solutions, and follow through on guest problems
  • Perform other duties required by management to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction
