Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- basic reading skills
- must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task
- possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures

Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains lobbies, guest corridors and assigned areas of the property
- collects dirty linen from Room Attendants and delivers to the laundry for cleaning
- supplies clean linen to Room Attendants
- collects and disposes of trash and recycled materials collected by Room Attendants and throughout the hotel
- sweeps and vacuums carpets
- polishes furniture and fixtures
- maintains cleanliness and re-stocks all storage rooms with required linen and supplies
- assists in laundry room with washing, drying, folding, ironing, and stocking shelves of linen
- assists in property/guest room deep clean process and the movement/arrangement of furniture
- follows company Housekeeping Policy as stated
- adheres to company Lost and Found policy and procedures
- follows and maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times
- reports maintenance issues to Housekeeper Manager by completing a work order
- conducts self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters
- ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintains working carts clean and organized all the time
- maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
- welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards
- performs other duties as assigned
