Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods 8 hours or more
  • Must be able to push pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 lbs
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly e g linen bags cleaning supplies
  • Frequent bending reaching kneeling and stooping
  • Ability to climb stairs and work in multiple buildings across the property
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and using housekeeping tools
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required training is provided
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to understand basic English instructions bilingual a plus

Job Duties

  • Clean dust and sanitize guest rooms including bathrooms bedrooms and living areas
  • Make beds change linens and replenish towels and guest amenities
  • Vacuum mop and wipe down all surfaces including mirrors windows and furniture
  • Restock carts and linen closets at the end of each shift
  • Report any maintenance issues damage or lost and found items to management
  • Ensure all rooms are completed in a timely manner and meet resort cleanliness standards
  • Respond to guest requests or questions in a courteous and helpful manner
