Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- inspect rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report maintenance issues
- assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas including hallways, lounges and restrooms
- follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- provide courteous and professional service addressing guest requests and concerns
- handle laundry services including collecting, washing, folding and delivering linens and towels
