Job Requirements

  • Relevant housekeeping or hotel room attendant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items
  • Inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and reporting maintenance issues
  • Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
  • Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure safety for guests and staff
  • Providing courteous and professional service to guests, addressing requests and concerns promptly
  • Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
  • Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
  • Preparing rooms for new guests guaranteeing cleanliness and comfort according to hotel standards
