Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds
  • Must possess good vision and hearing
  • Must be able to speak and read or understand English
  • Must pass appropriate security clearances
  • Display professionalism and trustworthiness at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or similar cleaning positions preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, additional languages helpful
  • Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain service-centric attitude
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
  • Restore occupied dirty rooms to clean status within specified time constraints
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of housekeeping carts
  • Follow all cleaning procedures and company guidelines
  • Report discrepancies to housekeeping management
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
