Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds
- Must possess good vision and hearing
- Must be able to speak and read or understand English
- Must pass appropriate security clearances
- Display professionalism and trustworthiness at all times
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or similar cleaning positions preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, additional languages helpful
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain service-centric attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
- Restore occupied dirty rooms to clean status within specified time constraints
- Maintain cleanliness and order of housekeeping carts
- Follow all cleaning procedures and company guidelines
- Report discrepancies to housekeeping management
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
