Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries towels coffee and other items
- inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good condition and reporting maintenance issues
- maintaining public areas like hallways lounges and restrooms
- adhering to safety standards by following proper cleaning procedures and protocols
- providing courteous and professional service to guests addressing requests and concerns
- handling laundry services including collecting washing folding and delivering linens and towels
- monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- preparing rooms for new guests ensuring standards of cleanliness and comfort are met
