Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass company security clearance
  • Ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing or pulling 60 pounds
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
  • Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Must maintain guest privacy and comply with all company standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or similar cleaning roles preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
  • Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms according to brand standards and training
  • Maintain a crisp, clean, and professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
  • Organize and maintain housekeeping cart and supplies
  • Follow all cleaning procedures and safety protocols as outlined in training
  • Report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to management promptly
  • Assist with cleaning of public and back-of-house areas
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
