Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds and changing linens
- Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- Inspecting rooms to ensure equipment and furniture are in working order and reporting maintenance issues
- Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Providing courteous and professional guest service and addressing guest requests promptly
- Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort
