Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience beneficial but not required
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from work preferred
- ability to operate housekeeping equipment safely
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean assigned guest rooms and stock with supplies in accordance with quality and timeliness standards
- pick up trash
- change linens
- make beds
- clean bathrooms thoroughly
- vacuum and dust guest rooms
- clean windows and balcony if applicable
- respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- professionally resolve issues
- promptly report lost or missing guest possessions
- promptly report unsafe, broken, or missing furnishings, equipment, or fixtures to management
- maintain required inventory on housekeeping cart
- order or obtain additional supplies as needed
- store cart according to procedures
- assist in the laundry department as requested
- perform deep cleaning projects and daily special projects
- other duties as assigned by management
