Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • Capable of performing physical cleaning tasks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
  • Capable of handling physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms
  • Change sheets, make beds, and vacuum in stay-over and check-out rooms
  • Dust all furniture and fixtures including tables, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges
  • Clean all mirrors
  • Notify guest services when room service is complete
  • Report rooms unable to be serviced within time standards
  • Report needed repairs and unsafe conditions
  • Respond to guest, supervisor, or management requests promptly
  • Maintain linen cart and supplies organized
  • Secure equipment, keys, and supplies
  • Report lost and found items
  • Replace light bulbs
  • Transport trash and waste to disposal area
  • Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linens
  • Clean according to brand-specific standards
  • Follow team cleaning and self-inspection procedures
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Keep maid station clean and organized
  • Make rollaway beds
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Follow company policies and procedures
