Job Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Capable of performing physical cleaning tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms
- Change sheets, make beds, and vacuum in stay-over and check-out rooms
- Dust all furniture and fixtures including tables, dressers, light fixtures, televisions, air conditioning units, and window ledges
- Clean all mirrors
- Notify guest services when room service is complete
- Report rooms unable to be serviced within time standards
- Report needed repairs and unsafe conditions
- Respond to guest, supervisor, or management requests promptly
- Maintain linen cart and supplies organized
- Secure equipment, keys, and supplies
- Report lost and found items
- Replace light bulbs
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing materials, bathroom supplies, and linens
- Clean according to brand-specific standards
- Follow team cleaning and self-inspection procedures
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep maid station clean and organized
- Make rollaway beds
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Follow company policies and procedures
