Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance
- Ability to stand for eight hours
- Able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel
- Must be able to see, hear, speak, and understand English
- Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Maintain flexible work schedule and availability to work holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of proper linen handling and sanitation
- Ability to follow standardized cleaning procedures
- Professionalism in guest interactions

- Ability to multitask and maintain guest privacy
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready and occupied dirty rooms to clean status
- Maintain a crisp, clean, and professional appearance daily
- Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- Follow all cleaning procedures as outlined in training
- Report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- Assist in maintaining other hotel areas clean and orderly
- Respond immediately to guest requests and inquiries
- Know emergency procedures and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
