Job Duties

  • Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other supplies as needed
  • Inspecting rooms carefully to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and promptly reporting any maintenance issues
  • Assisting with cleaning and maintaining public areas including hallways, lounges, and restrooms occasionally
  • Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Providing courteous and professional guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests or concerns
  • Handling laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
  • Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure timely restocking
  • Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort meet the hotel standards
