Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other supplies as needed
- Inspecting rooms carefully to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and promptly reporting any maintenance issues
- Assisting with cleaning and maintaining public areas including hallways, lounges, and restrooms occasionally
- Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Providing courteous and professional guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests or concerns
- Handling laundry duties including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities to ensure timely restocking
- Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort meet the hotel standards
