Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform job-related physical activities including standing or sitting for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items
- ability to perform movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching
- punctuality and time management
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform repetitive actions consistently
- previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Make beds in guest rooms
- replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, water, coffee, writing supplies, and bathroom supplies in guest rooms
- clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms using approved chemicals and cleaning products
- vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies
- dust furniture and equipment
- polish metalwork such as fixtures and fittings
- wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empty wastebaskets and ashtrays
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- replace light bulbs
- collect soiled linens for laundering and receive and store linen supplies
- load articles into washer and add detergent
- lift and place articles into dryers
- sort, fold, and place dried articles in storage
- report technical issues and maintenance needs
- update status of guest rooms on assignment sheet
- return and restock cleaning cart at shift end
- comply with all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards
- greeting guests and responding to queries
- address guest complaints within scope
