Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally

- must maintain professionalism and positive attitude under stressful situations

- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred but not required
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
- good physical stamina and strength
- excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Change bed linen daily
- vacuum carpeting
- dust all furniture including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, dressers
- remove fingerprints and smudges on mirrors, shiny surfaces, and windows
- thoroughly clean the bathroom area including shower stall, sink, floor, toilet
- ensure compliance with standard room set-up
- report all damage found in rooms immediately
- report missing items and personal guest items found in vacant rooms immediately
- notify Executive Housekeeper of rollaways or cribs in rooms for pick-up and storage
- take responsibility for pass key and turn it in daily
- turn in all lost and found items immediately
- report no luggage, no service needed, sleep outs, extra guests, or anything unusual to Executive Housekeeper
- shut off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving room
- assist housekeeper in additional cleaning chores as assigned
