Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull approximately 200 pounds
- basic English communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure
- maintain confidentiality of guest information
- previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of cleaning or janitorial experience
- hotel guest room cleaning experience preferred
- basic reading and writing skills
- strong housekeeping communication skills in English
- interpersonal skills including listening and teamwork
- ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- conflict resolution skills
- ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and associates
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- bilingual or multilingual preferred
- emotional intelligence training preferred
Job Duties
- clean and service guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort
- assist in maintaining public areas
- answer guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- deliver items requested by guests to their rooms
- restock guest room supplies and amenities
- participate in special cleaning projects as assigned
- provide turn down service as required
