Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- able to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- able to stand for eight hours and perform physical movements such as bending, stretching, reaching, crawling, kneeling
- able to see and hear
- able to speak, read, and understand English
- maintain professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
- flexible work schedule including availability for holidays and weekends
- maintain designated cleaning minutes per room
- comply with safety and security measures
- follow housekeeping procedures systematically

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- ability to communicate effectively in English

- knowledge of guestroom cleaning procedures and sanitation
- ability to adhere to company standards and policies
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a courteous professional manner
- clean vacant dirty rooms to guest ready status
- service occupied rooms within specified time and accuracy constraints
- maintain professional appearance adhering to uniform and grooming standards
- keep housekeeping cart clean and orderly
- follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists
- assist in cleaning other hotel areas including lounges, restrooms, and public spaces
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- report discrepancies to housekeeping manager
- maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and safety needs
- perform other duties as assigned within capability
