Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 20 pounds
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multitask
- Previous cleaning experience
- Customer service experience
Job Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience
- Customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English including speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Previous experience with cleaning equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping
- Operate cleaning equipment safely
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
