Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • eligibility to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality cleaning roles
  • strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness
  • ability to work during a 24-hour operation including weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
  • good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • flexible and dependable work ethic
  • basic knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality environments

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly
  • replenish bathroom amenities and supplies as needed
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
  • respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • adhere to all health and safety guidelines and hotel policies
  • assist with laundry and linen management as required
