Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance as per company policy
- ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, crawling, and kneeling
- ability to push or pull up to 60 pounds and lift or carry up to 30 pounds
- maintain professional appearance and adhere to grooming and uniform standards
- ability to communicate effectively in English, additional languages advantageous
- compliance with all company standards and procedures

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- ability to perform major life activities including standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, and communicating effectively
- strong knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and organization of supplies
- follow cleaning procedures outlined in training for every assignment
- clean vacant and occupied rooms within specified time and accuracy standards
- maintain grooming and uniform standards daily
- report any discrepancies or hazardous conditions to Housekeeping Manager immediately
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of other areas such as lounges, restrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- understand and follow emergency, safety, and security procedures
- perform other duties as assigned within capability
