Job Duties
- Cleaning guest rooms including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee
- Inspecting rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and reporting maintenance issues
- Assisting in cleaning and maintaining public areas like hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Providing courteous and professional service to guests, addressing requests or concerns promptly
- Handling laundry services including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
- Preparing rooms for new guests ensuring cleanliness and comfort standards are met
