Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • clean guest rooms following company standards and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping supplies
  • push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds as needed
  • stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending stretching reaching crawling and kneeling
  • maintain guest privacy and security by adhering to company policies
  • report discrepancies and safety hazards to management
  • assist in cleaning public areas and other hotel spaces as assigned
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • follow emergency procedures and safety protocols
  • maintain housekeeping cart and personal grooming standards
  • work independently and as part of a team
