Job Duties
- provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- clean guest rooms following company standards and procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping supplies
- push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds as needed
- stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending stretching reaching crawling and kneeling
- maintain guest privacy and security by adhering to company policies
- report discrepancies and safety hazards to management
- assist in cleaning public areas and other hotel spaces as assigned
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- follow emergency procedures and safety protocols
- maintain housekeeping cart and personal grooming standards
- work independently and as part of a team
