Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a similar cleaning or hospitality role
  • ability to perform physical tasks required for cleaning and maintenance
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • attention to detail and reliability
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms thoroughly including making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas
  • report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
  • replenish room supplies and amenities
  • adhere to company hygiene and safety standards
  • collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily cleaning goals
  • respond flexibly to the dynamic demands of a 24-hour operation
