Job Requirements

  • Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • able to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, pushing or pulling up to 60 pounds
  • able to bend, stretch, kneel, crawl
  • able to see and hear
  • able to speak and understand English
  • maintain professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness at all times
  • flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping or similar positions preferred
  • knowledge of proper procedures for handling linens and cleaning supplies
  • understanding of sanitation and guestroom cleaning procedures
  • ability to follow safety and security measures
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • professionalism and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner
  • clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to meet brand standards
  • maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart
  • follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists
  • report discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • maintain safety and security standards
  • assist in cleaning public and back-of-house areas
