Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or similar role
- ability to bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- adherence to safety and security procedures
- good communication skills in english
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- capacity to handle physical demands of the job
Job Qualifications

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- ability to follow company procedures and standards

Job Duties
- stock housekeeping bag to ensure supplies and amenities are available
- observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- stock amenities in cleaned rooms
- complete housekeeping checklists
- mark clean rooms accurately for supervisor inspection
- report any damages or hazards in guest rooms
- secure guest room doors upon exit
- keep corridors and service areas neat
- turn in lost and found items and guest room keys
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
- know fire prevention and emergency procedures
- use protective equipment
- report unsafe conditions and accidents to management
- maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- assist other housekeeping personnel as needed
- perform related duties as requested by management
