Job Requirements

Non-slip shoes are recommended
ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
requires walking and standing to a significant degree, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, stooping, handling and seeing
lifting up to 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying or transporting of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
inside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes
potential exposure to paint, solvents, cleaning chemicals and/or fumes

Job Qualifications

No prior experience or education is required
developed language skills to read and comprehend simple instructions, safety rules and memos
mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide
developed reasoning skills to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

Job Duties

Provide top quality service and meets guests needs
thoroughly clean all assigned guestrooms to include changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, washing and replenishing supplies
thoroughly clean public space, work areas and storage areas
maintain room quality based on hotel and brand standards
follow standard procedures for acceptance and security of guest lost and found items
ensure master keys and located guestroom keys are properly secured
ability to work well with a diverse group of people
