Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of housekeeping or related experience
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- ability to operate cleaning equipment
- capacity to work weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team
- physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
- ability to work under pressure and maintain speed and efficiency
- flexibility with changing schedule
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate cleaning equipment including vacuums and floor care machines

Job Duties
- Clean assigned rooms daily
- maintain housekeeping carts and linen room organization
- handle lost and found articles per hotel policy
- communicate maintenance issues to Room Inspectors
- report guest complaints to the Room Inspector or Executive Housekeeper
- sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe surfaces
- work with cleaning chemicals safely
- communicate with other hotel departments regarding issues
- provide high quality customer service
- wear Personal Protective Equipment when handling hazardous materials
- participate in safety meetings
- work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- adapt schedule based on hotel occupancy
- work weekends and holidays
- collaborate well with coworkers
- clean bathrooms thoroughly within set time
