Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass security clearance
- Must be able to stand for eight hours
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, crawl, and kneel

- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must display honesty and trustworthiness
- Must be flexible to work holidays and weekends

- Must be able to work in a 24/7 operational environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina
- Friendly and hospitable attitude towards guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest ready status
- Return occupied dirty rooms to occupied clean status within specified time and accuracy constraints
- Maintain professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- Keep housekeeping cart clean and orderly
- Follow all cleaning procedures and training checklists
- Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Manager
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in other hotel areas including public spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Understand and follow emergency and safety procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
