Job Duties
- Stocks housekeeping bags to ensure cleaning needs, equipment, and amenities are available
- observes knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- cleans assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- stocks amenities for each cleaned room
- completes housekeeping checklist
- marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection
- reports damages or hazards in guest rooms
- secures guest room doors after cleaning
- keeps corridors and service areas neat
- turns in lost and found items and guest room keys
- adheres to company policies and procedures
- follows safety and security guidelines
- knows fire prevention and emergency procedures
- uses protective equipment
- reports unsafe conditions to management
- reports accidents, injuries, and property damage
- maintains neat and clean appearance
- assists other housekeeping personnel when needed
