- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- good communication skills
- willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Stock housekeeping bag to ensure adequate cleaning supplies and amenities
- observe knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- ensure amenities are replenished in each cleaned room
- complete housekeeping checklist accurately
- mark clean rooms for supervisor inspection
- report any damages or hazards in guest rooms
- secure guest room doors upon exiting
- maintain neat corridors and service areas
- turn in lost and found items and guest room keys
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- follow safety and security procedures and rules
- know fire prevention and emergency procedures
- utilize protective equipment
- report unsafe conditions to management
- report accidents, injuries, property damage or loss to management
- provide a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
- maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- perform related duties as requested by management
- assist other housekeeping personnel when needed
