Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms according to procedures and standards
- Change sheets and make beds
- Vacuum bedrooms in both stay-over and check out rooms
- Dust furniture, light fixtures, televisions, air condition units, and window ledges
- Clean all mirrors
- Notify guest services when rooms are ready
- Report rooms unable to be serviced within time standards
- Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions
- Respond to guest, supervisor, or management requests promptly
- Maintain linen cart and supplies neat and organized
- Secure equipment, keys, and supplies
- Report lost and found articles
- Replace light bulbs
- Transport trash and waste to disposal areas
- Replenish room supplies
- Follow brand and company cleaning standards
- Participate in team cleaning and self-inspection programs
- Keep maid station clean and organized
- Make rollaway beds
- Maintain professional appearance
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
