- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds
- ability to stand for eight hours and perform physical motions such as bending, stretching, reaching, crawling, and kneeling

Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- ability to read, speak, and understand English
- display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- ability to communicate in another language helpful
- skills in guestroom cleaning procedures
- knowledge of sanitation, guestroom cleaning, safety and security measures
- ability to maintain guest privacy
- ability to work as a team member
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous professional manner
- clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready
- return occupied dirty rooms to occupied clean status within specified time and accuracy constraints
- maintain a crisp, clean and professional appearance daily
- maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- follow cleaning procedures outlined in housekeeping training
- report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager
- assist in maintaining other hotel areas clean and orderly
- respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
- know emergency procedures and safety and security needs
- perform other duties as assigned
