Job Requirements
- Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- must be able to stand for up to eight hours
- must be able to lift or carry 30 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
- must maintain professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- must be able to communicate in English
- must display honesty and trustworthiness at all times
- must be willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities is helpful but not mandatory
- ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, bending, stretching, reaching, crawling, and kneeling
- ability to see, hear, speak, and understand English
- professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times
- knowledge of proper linen handling, guest room cleaning procedures, sanitation, and safety measures
- ability to maintain guest privacy

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and organize supplies
- follow all cleaning procedures according to company checklists
- clean vacant dirty rooms and return occupied rooms to a clean status within brand standards
- maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming and uniform standards
- maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- respond immediately to guest requests and inquiries
