Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, luxury hospitality, or facility services preferred
  • Ability to use housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment effectively
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard cleaning procedures
  • Knowledge of basic cleaning agents and safe handling practices
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in creating a clean, welcoming space
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills
  • Team player who supports a respectful work environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Comfortable pushing carts and lifting items up to 50 lbs
  • Hotel Granduca operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, scheduling may vary based on operational needs, including shifts, start times, and total hours worked per week

Job Duties

  • Prepare housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and equipment at the start of each shift
  • Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with luxury brand standards
  • Replenish linens, amenities, and in-room items with consistency and attention to detail
  • Greet guests and team members with professionalism and hospitality
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, service areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security procedures
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative environment by supporting teammates as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
