Job Duties
- Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure availability of cleaning supplies and amenities
- observes knocking procedures before entering guest rooms
- cleans assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- restocks amenities in each cleaned room
- completes housekeeping checklist accurately
- marks cleaned rooms to supervisor for inspection
- reports damages or hazards in guest rooms
- secures guest room doors upon exit
- keeps corridors and service areas neat
- turns in lost and found items and keys
- adheres to all company policies and procedures
- follows safety and security rules
- knows fire prevention and emergency procedures
- utilizes protective equipment
- reports unsafe conditions and incidents to management
- maintains a neat and well-groomed appearance
- performs related duties as requested by management
- assists other housekeeping personnel when needed
