Job Requirements

  • Must pass security clearance per company policy
  • must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical work including lifting and pushing
  • must have the ability to see hear speak and understand English
  • must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
  • must maintain guest privacy
  • must be flexible with work schedule including holidays and weekends
  • must be able to maintain designated cleaning minutes per room
  • must be able to work alone and multitask

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing bending and lifting
  • ability to follow cleaning procedures systematically
  • strong communication skills in English
  • professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
  • organize and use supplies responsibly
  • adhere to housekeeping cleaning procedures and training checklists
  • respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
  • maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • report discrepancies and safety hazards
  • assist with cleaning other hotel areas
  • follow safety and emergency procedures
  • perform additional duties as assigned
