Job Requirements
- Must pass security clearance per company policy
- must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical work including lifting and pushing
- must have the ability to see hear speak and understand English
- must display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
- must maintain guest privacy
- must be flexible with work schedule including holidays and weekends
- must be able to maintain designated cleaning minutes per room
- must be able to work alone and multitask
Job Qualifications
- Experience in similar positions such as lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing bending and lifting
- ability to follow cleaning procedures systematically
- strong communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
- maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
- organize and use supplies responsibly
- adhere to housekeeping cleaning procedures and training checklists
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- report discrepancies and safety hazards
- assist with cleaning other hotel areas
- follow safety and emergency procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned
