Job Requirements

  • Pass security clearance as per company policy
  • Ability to stand for eight hours bend stretch reach crawl kneel
  • Ability to push or pull sixty pounds and lift carry thirty pounds
  • Ability to see hear and communicate effectively in English
  • Display professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
  • Maintain guest privacy and comply with company standards
  • Flexible availability to work holidays weekends and varied schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in lodging housing hospitals or care facilities helpful but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of guestroom cleaning procedures
  • Knowledge of proper linen and supply handling
  • Understanding of safety and security measures
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Professionalism honesty and trustworthiness
  • Ability to work alone and as team member
  • Ability to multitask and maintain service centric approach

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient courteous professional manner
  • Clean vacant dirty rooms to be guest ready within specified time and accuracy constraints
  • Return occupied dirty rooms to an occupied clean status per brand standards
  • Maintain crisp clean professional appearance daily adhering to grooming and uniform standards
  • Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
  • Follow all cleaning procedures outlined in housekeeping training and checklists
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately
