Job Requirements
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds

- Understanding of sanitation and safety measures

- Ability to follow cleaning procedures systematically

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
- Follow The Company standards of friendly hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
- Use and organize supplies properly
- Clean vacant dirty rooms to guest ready status within time constraints
- Return occupied dirty rooms to clean status efficiently
- Maintain a crisp, clean, professional appearance daily
- Adhere to grooming and uniform standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart
- Follow cleaning procedures outlined in training and checklists
- Perform general cleaning procedures every 90 days
- Report discrepancies to Housekeeping Manager
- Assist in maintaining other hotel areas clean and orderly
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Understand and follow emergency, safety, and security procedures
- Perform other assigned duties as capable
