Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness of guest rooms
  • organize and manage supplies appropriately
  • clean vacant dirty rooms to guest-ready standards
  • return occupied dirty rooms to clean status
  • maintain professional appearance adhering to grooming and uniform standards
  • keep housekeeping cart clean and orderly
  • follow all cleaning procedures per training and checklist
  • follow general cleaning procedures every 90 days
  • report discrepancies to housekeeping manager
  • maintain other hotel areas clean and orderly
  • respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly
  • know emergency procedures and safety requirements
  • perform additional duties as assigned
