Job Requirements
- Pass company security clearance
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours and perform tasks such as bending, stretching and kneeling
- Ability to see, hear, speak, read and understand English
- Display professionalism and maintain guest privacy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals or care facilities preferred
- Knowledge of proper linen handling and sanitation
- Ability to follow systematic cleaning procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in an efficient and courteous manner following company standards
- Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to meet brand standards
- Maintain housekeeping cart and organize supplies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Report discrepancies and hazardous conditions to management
- Assist in cleaning public areas and back-of-house spaces
